To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryPost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
